Research on Inventory Optimization Strategies of Retail Enterprises from the Perspective of Supply Chain Resilience

Abstract

Against the backdrop of globalization and intensifying market competition, supply chains are facing an increasing number of
uncertain factors, and the impact of sudden risk events on the inventory management of retail enterprises has become more prominent. As
a core capability to resist risks and maintain the continuous operation of supply chains, supply chain resilience provides a new research
perspective for inventory optimization of retail enterprises. Based on the supply chain resilience theory, combined with the characteristics
and existing problems of inventory management in retail enterprises, this paper explores the internal correlation between supply chain resilience and inventory optimization through theoretical analysis, case comparison and model construction, and proposes an inventory optimization strategy system suitable for retail enterprises. It aims to help retail enterprises balance inventory costs and service levels, improve
the risk resistance capacity and overall operational efficiency of supply chains, and provide references for the high-quality development of
the retail industry.
