Research on the Innovation of Supply Chain Collaboration Mode for Building Materials Import and Export Trade Driven by Cross-border E-commerce
Abstract
commerce has emerged as the core engine for the digital transformation of building materials import and export trade, accelerating the restruc
turing of the collaborative mode of the traditional building materials supply chain. Based on relevant theories and practices, this paper con
structs a collaborative innovation mode featuring "data empowerment + multi-agent linkage + full-chain connection", clarifies its framework
and operation mechanism, and proposes implementation strategies from four dimensions: digital empowerment, agent collaboration, logistics
optimization and support mechanism. This research aims to address the pain points in the collaboration of the building materials supply chain,
provide practical references for building materials import and export enterprises to improve collaboration efficiency and enhance international
competitiveness, and boost the high-quality development of Chinas building materials import and export trade.
