Abstract
cerns the protection, appreciation, and sustainable inheritance of family wealth. From the perspective of securities brokerage operations, this
paper systematically studies the capital operation models and wealth management strategies of family businesses during the intergenerational
succession process. The research finds that effective capital operation can optimize the equity structure of enterprises and achieve reasonable
allocation of family wealth, while scientific wealth management strategies can ensure the safe inheritance of family wealth. This paper con
structs a trinity theoretical framework of "succession planning - capital operation - wealth management" and proposes implementation path
suggestions tailored to the characteristics of Chinese family businesses.
