Reconstruction of Digital Governance Boundaries of Platform based Enterprises: The Transformation of Management Logic from "Control and Control" to "Co-governance"
Abstract
location and social interaction in the digital era. Their boundaries of digital governance now face unprecedented challenges and a need for
reconstruction. Traditional "command-and-control" management logic, characterized by centralized authority and one-way supervision, is
increasingly inadequate for addressing the complex operational realities of platforms - such as multi-stakeholder participation, cross-border
data flows, and rapid technological iteration. By analyzing the conceptual dimensions and practical dilemmas of platform enterprises digital
governance boundaries, this paper explores the drivers and pathways for shifting governance logic from "control" to "co-governance." It also
proposes targeted optimization strategies, aiming to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for the reasonable reconstruction of
digital governance boundaries and the sustainable development of platform-based enterprises.
