Digital Transformation and Efficiency Evaluation of Inclusive Finance Business in China's Commercial Banks

Abstract


Inclusive finance is an effective pathway for commercial banks to serve the real economy and promote common prosperity. Digital
transformation is an important approach to solving the challenges in inclusive financial services and improving service quality. This paper
conducts a study based on the situation of China's commercial banks in providing inclusive financial services, explores first the main pathways
and the challenges in digital transformation, then proposes reasonable efficiency measurement standards, and further considers how to better
advance the transformation work in order to achieve good results. It equally focuses on the problems encountered during the transformation
process and practical experience, aiming to provide useful reference for China's banks to carry out digital transformation of inclusive financial
services.
