Research on the Impact of Digital Transformation on Innovation Performance in Manufacturing Enterprises
Abstract
explores the mediating mechanism of R&D expenditure. Utilizing a sample of Chinese firms, the empirical results demonstrate that digital
transformation exerts a significantly positive impact on innovation efficiency and performance, with R&D expenditure serving as a critical
bridging mechanism. This study enriches the existing theoretical framework, offering empirical evidence for digital strategies while suggesting future inquiries into firm heterogeneity.
