Management Optimization and Professionalism in News Production in the Context of Media Convergence

Abstract


Based on the theory of media convergence and journalism professionalism, this paper focuses on the profound impact of technological change on news production management, systematically analyzes the management optimization characteristics of news production
throughout the entire process of collection, editing, distribution, and feedback in the context of media convergence, and explores professionalism in the context of "post-truth", the pressure of technological substitution, and the impact of commercial logic. The challenges faced
by news management, such as the crisis of identity and the failure of authenticity control, propose a development path of "equal emphasis
on management upgrade and value retention", providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the news industry to achieve highquality development and consolidate credibility through scientific management in the era of convergence.
