Influence of Preserving Pelvic Autonomic Nerves During Laparoscopic Radical Hysterectomy on Postoperative Recovery and Tumor Markers in Patients with Stage â… a - â… b Cervical Cancer
Abstract
cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024. Among them, 100 patients who received laparoscopic radical hysterectomy
(LRH) were set as the control group, and 100 patients who received laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with preservation of pelvic autonomic
nerves (LNSRH) were set as the observation group. The operation - related indicators, postoperative recovery, tumor markers and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no significant differences in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss
and the number of lymph node dissections between the two groups (P > 0.05). The exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group
were (62.58 ± 6.39) h and (125.63 ± 11.32) h respectively, which were shorter than those in the control group [(80.54 ± 7.25) h and (152.79 ±
16.85) h], with significant differences (P < 0.05). The levels of postoperative tumor markers in both groups were lower than those before surgery, with significant differences (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in tumor markers between the two groups before and after
surgery (P > 0.05). The number of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group, with a significant difference
(P < 0.05). Conclusion: LNSRH has a better effect in the treatment of stage â… a - â… b cervical cancer, which can shorten the postoperative
recovery time of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
