Research on the Optimization of Talent Training Models for Elderly Care Nursing in Higher Nursing Education

Abstract


As Chinas population ages rapidly, the demand for elderly care professionals continues to grow. The current nursing education
model in higher education institutions fails to meet the demand for professional elderly care personnel, necessitating optimization. This
paper, based on the current shortage of elderly care personnel, analyzes the problems in higher nursing education and proposes strategies
for optimizing the training models for elderly care professionals. It provides a reference for promoting the development of elderly care
services in China.
