Regulatory Effects of Combined Application of Estradiol Valerate and Letrozole on Serum Hormone Levels in Patients with Anovulatory Infertility

Junxiu Wei, Man Liu, Yumei Hao

Abstract

This article reviews the pathogenic mechanisms of anovulatory infertility, focusing on the pharmacological characteristics of estradiol valerate and letrozole and their combined regulatory effects on serum hormone levels. Studies have shown that this combination therapy
can effectively regulate FSH, LH, estradiol, and progesterone levels, optimize follicular development, improve endometrial conditions,
thereby increasing the success rate of ovulation induction and pregnancy chances. This treatment strategy provides a new clinical intervention
option for patients with anovulatory infertility.
