Correlation Analysis of MiR-202-3p and SST2 Expression Levels in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Complicated by Heart Failure

Wenxuan Cui, Haige Zhao, Yang Yu, Mengyao Xiao, Xiaoman Lyu

Abstract

This article explores the correlation between miR-202-3p and sST2 expression levels in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD)
complicated by heart failure (HF). It also elucidates the pathophysiological mechanisms of CKD and HF, and analyzes the biological characteristics of miR-202-3p and sST2 and their roles in these two diseases. The study found that their expression levels may show positive correlation, negative correlation, or no correlation, reflecting the complexity of disease progression and individual differences.
