Abstract


This review explores the duodenum and pancreass roles in insulin regulation in type 2 diabetes, highlighting their importance in
glucose metabolism. It analyzes their physiological functions, insulin secretion mechanisms, and pathological changes, while discussing recent research and therapeutic strategies for clinical practice.
