Physical Activity as an Intervention to Reduce Sedentary Behaviour and Promote Psychological Health
Abstract
approaches of physical activity can be roughly divided into three categories: changes in environmental design of the workplace, changes in
social environment and changes in information of sedentary behaviour. Individual factors and social factors are effective interventions helping
employees form physical activity behaviour habits. Also, the physical activity has significant benefits for both physical health and psychological health.
