Application Value of Nursing Safety Risk Management Mechanism in Nursing Management of Operating Room
Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of nursing safety prevention mechanism based on risk control on nursing management in operating room. Methods: Since January 2019, the operating room nursing management plan has been revised again, the defense mechanism of
nursing safety risk management has been established, the working procedures and management system of operating room nursing have been
optimized, and the countermeasures of safety risk prevention and control have been formulated. In 2019, after implementation, 50 patients
were selected before and after implementation, and the risk management scores before and after implementation were counted, and the patient
satisfaction before and after implementation was also analyzed. Results: After the implementation, the scores of operating room nurses in risk
awareness, risk management awareness, risk control awareness and risk control behavior were significantly improved (P < 0.05). The postoperative patients satisfaction with the operation was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Using this method in clinical practice can
obviously improve patients satisfaction and achieve better curative effect.
