Research on the Application of Powder Engineering Technology Innovation Strategy in Moisture-Proof and Anti-Caking of Chinese Medicine Extract Solid Preparations

Yuwei An

Abstract

Chinese medicine extract solid preparations play a crucial role in the Chinese medicine industry, but the problem of moisture absorption and caking seriously affects product quality and stability. This study focuses on the application of innovative strategies in powder
engineering technology to solve this problem. Through an in-depth analysis of existing powder engineering technologies and combined with
the characteristics of Chinese medicine extracts, a series of innovative strategies are proposed. From optimizing powder surface modification
technology to innovating drying processes and rationally using drying aids and anti-caking agents, the aim is to improve the physicochemical
properties of Chinese medicine extract powders, reducing their hygroscopicity and caking tendency. The research shows that these innovative
strategies can effectively enhance the moisture-proof and anti-caking performance of Chinese medicine extract solid preparations, providing
solid technical support for the quality improvement and industrial development of Chinese medicine solid preparations, and promoting the
development of Chinese medicine preparations towards a more efficient, stable, and safe direction.
