Abstract

Lower extremity varicose veins, a prevalent condition in vascular surgery, primarily requires surgical intervention. Effective perioperative care plays a pivotal role in enhancing surgical outcomes and reducing complications. This review synthesizes current research
advancements in perioperative management of lower extremity varicose veins, covering preoperative preparation, intraoperative coordination,
postoperative rehabilitation, and complication prevention strategies. The findings aim to provide practical guidance for clinical nursing practices.
