Analysis of the Implant Accuracy of Oral Implant Restoration Guided by Digital Guide Plates for Patients with Dental Arch Defects
Abstract
digital guide plates. Methods: Ninety patients with dentition defects (from November 2023 to November 2024) were selected and randomly
divided into two groups. The control group received conventional oral implant restoration surgery, while the observation group received oral
implant restoration surgery guided by digital guide plates. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The deviation of
cervical distance, apical distance, depth, Angle, dental health index (PLI, GI), and complications in the observation group were all lower than
those in the control group. The duration of postoperative swelling, the duration of pain, and the time for diet to return to normal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group. The differences
between the groups were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Oral implant restoration under the guidance of digital guide plates can improve
the accuracy of implantation, reduce complications, promote early postoperative recovery, improve oral health, and greatly increase patient
satisfaction. It is worthy of recommendation.
