The Application Effect of Five In One Training Mode Combined with OSCE Assessment in the Training of Nurses in Disinfection Supply Center Departments and the Influence Analysis of Professional Skills Assessment Results

ability. Methods: 40 nurses from the Disinfection Supply Center of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group (n=20, traditional training+routine examination) and the observation group (n=20, five in one training+OSCE examination). After 6 months of training,
the assessment results, comprehensive ability and training satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The professional skills, theoretical knowledge, comprehensive ability score and training satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the
control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Five in One training mode combined with OSCE assessment can effectively improve the professional
quality and training satisfaction of nurses in disinfection supply center, which is worth popularizing.
