Abstract


Phellinus igniarius Polysaccharides (PLP), natural active components of the traditional medicinal fungus Phellinus igniarius, exhibit
significant broad-spectrum antitumor activity. They exert antitumor effects through multiple pathways, including immune regulation, cell
cycle arrest, induction of apoptosis, inhibition of tumor metastasis, and modulation of the tumor microenvironment, involving key signaling
pathways such as PI3K/AKT, the Caspase family, and NF-?B.
