Analysis of Factors Affecting Clinical Practice Ability of Nursing Interns
Abstract
core dimensions: evidence-based practice competence and empathetic ability. The findings reveal that while interns demonstrate positive attitudes toward evidence-based practice, they exhibit insufficient knowledge and skills, with overall low empathetic capacity. Key determinants
include personal interests, resource availability, educational models, and individual backgrounds. Based on these insights, the paper proposes
targeted improvement recommendations to enhance nursing interns clinical practice competencies, providing actionable references for professional development.
