Cutaneous Vasculitis with Double Negative ANCA and Vessel Wall Biopsy: A Case Report

pathological changes in the vessel wall was not obvious, which still met the diagnostic criteria for GPA. The patient was not definitively diagnosed at the first visit, and the wound was enlarged. We then used methylprednisolone sodium succinate, methotrexate, and infliximab for the
patient's subsequent treatment. Surprisingly, the wound showed a healing trend.
