Construction and Validation of a Prognostic Model Based on Immune-Related Gene Pairs for Gastric Cancer
Abstract
set and GEO GSE84437 validation set data, we developed an immune-related gene pair index(IRGPI) through 1000 Lasso-Cox iterations,
identifying 14 prognostic genes. Time-dependent ROC analysis stratified patients into risk groups showing significant survival differences
IRGPI demonstrated superior prognostic accuracy compared to TIS and TIDE models. CIBERSORT analysis revealed distinct immune infiltration patterns, with low-risk patients exhibiting reduced TIDE scores, suggesting better immunotherapy response. These findings establish
IRGPI as a valuable prognostic biomarker for STAD management.
