Application Research of Immunoassay in Clinical Diagnosis of Autoimmune Diseases
Abstract
Methods: A total of 128 patients suspected of having autoimmune diseases who were admitted for anesthesia in a hospital from January
2022 to December 2024 were chosen as the observation group, and 64 healthy patients who underwent physical examination during this
period were selected as the control group. ANA, anti-double-stranded DNA antibody (anti-dsDNA), anti-ENA, rheumatoid factor (RF),
anti anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti-CCP), immunoglobulins, complement C3, and C4 were detected in both groups. The
positivity rates and diagnostic performances were compared. Results: The positive rates of ANA (anti–dsDNA), anti-ENA, RF, and antiCPC in the observation set were all higher than those in the control set (P<0.05). The sensitivity of the combined detection of multiple indicators was 92.19%, and the accuracy was 90.10% compared to single-item detection. Conclusion: Immunoassays can provide laboratory
evidence for screening, classification, and diagnosis of anasthetized disease. This tool can help improve the detection speed and reduce the
risk of missed diagnoses.
