Promoting Teaching through Research: Clinical Pharmacy Preceptorship Practice in Smart Pharmacy-Enabled Multifaceted Essential Medicines Management Model Construction
Abstract
practical experience of smart pharmacy-enabled essential medicines management research into teaching resources. Methods: Building upon
relevant research projects and the China University Industry-University-Research Innovation Fund, the core research components were converted into teaching modules. Under the guidance of preceptors, students participated throughout the entire process of constructing an intelligent screening database, comprehensive drug evaluation, entropy weight TOPSIS assessment, and grid-based clinical pharmacist management.
Results: Through systematic preceptorship practice, students completed a full-chain training from policy interpretation to data analysis, and
from model construction to clinical intervention. Concurrently, the project achieved an increase in the hospital's essential medicines allocation
ratio from 31.61% to 44%. Conclusion: Research project-driven clinical pharmacy preceptorship effectively realizes the concept of "promoting teaching through research and achieving mutual enhancement between research and teaching, " providing a referable practical pathway for
the coordinated development of pharmacy talent cultivation and hospital pharmacy management.
