Construction and Application Analysis of Construction Standards for Demonstration Wards with Humanistic Care in TCM Nursing
Abstract
and skill' and 'medicine is a benevolent art.' Guided by the Healthy China initiative, TCM nursing has gradually moved from the periphery
to the mainstream, with its humanistic value increasingly recognized. In current clinical practice, although some hospitals have piloted
humanistic nursing services, these efforts often remain superficial, lacking standardized and institutionalized management. Particularly in
TCM wards, the integration of nursing humanistic care with TCM characteristics is insufficient, methods vary, and evaluation mechanisms
are lacking. This study focuses on the construction and application of a 'TCM Nursing Humanistic Care Demonstration Ward, ' aiming to
establish a replicable and scalable standardized demonstration system through multidimensional design, process reengineering, embedding
evaluation mechanisms, and implementing strategies. This system aims to provide institutional models and practical pathways for upgrading TCM nursing services nationwide.
