Creation and Application Path of Artificial Intelligence Dance Course in the Perspective of Health Care Integration

Abstract


Under the background of population aging, the integration of health and nursing has become the core trend of the development of
elderly health services and aesthetic education. Dance course for the elderly has multiple values of physical rehabilitation, emotional counseling and artistic nourishment, and is an important carrier of health education for the elderly. The health needs of the elderly include not
only physical function training, but also psychological adjustment and spiritual nourishment, so as to comprehensively improve the quality
of life of the elderly. In order to carry out the innovation of dance courses suitable for aging, it is necessary to clarify the internal relationship
between the concept of health care, dance education and artificial intelligence technology. Among them, the concept of health care is the core
orientation of the course, the creation of suitable for the elderly is the implementation path, and artificial intelligence provides technical support for scientific and personalized teaching. Relying on intelligent technology to optimize the course content, movement system and teaching
mode, it can fit the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly, integrate health training and aesthetic education, play the role of dance
healing, and help the elderly to provide a healthy old age and enjoy quality old age.
