Current Situation and Cultivation Countermeasures for the Professional Identity of Young Teachers in Local Universities
Abstract
the teaching staff. Professional identity determines teaching quality, the stability of the teaching staff, and the long-term development of
the school. Currently, young teachers in local universities generally have problems such as unclear professional cognition, excessive work
pressure, narrow development channels, and weak sense of belonging. Professional identity is fragmented and superficial. Based on the
school's positioning and development reality of local universities, this paper sorts out the current situation of young teachers' professional
identity, analyzes the deep-seated reasons at the cognitive, institutional, environmental, and personal levels, and proposes targeted cultivation countermeasures from four aspects: self-enabling, institutional optimization, platform construction, and atmosphere creation, in order
to consolidate the sense of professional belonging of young teachers and promote the long-term construction of the teaching staff in local
universities.
