Research on the Reform of "AI+" Project-Based Teaching Oriented to Intelligent Manufacturing Needs: A Case Study of Production and Operations Management Course

Abstract


The industrial upgrading of intelligent manufacturing has changed the ability requirements for production, operation and management professionals. The traditional teaching mode based on imparting knowledge can no longer meet the needs of industrial digital
transformation. Taking the course of production and operation management as the research object, this paper discusses the ways of projectbased teaching reform supported by artificial intelligence. Starting from the practical problems existing in the current teaching, this paper
puts forward a teaching reform framework based on real manufacturing scenes, using artificial intelligence tools and project-based learning. This paper analyzes the four aspects of teaching objectives, project system design, artificial intelligence tool integration and assessment mechanism. These reforms can provide reference for the cultivation of interdisciplinary management talents in the field of intelligent
manufacturing.
