Research on the Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation in the Vocational Undergraduate Music Education Program under the Context of Free Trade Ports
Abstract
demands on the innovation ability and entrepreneurial qualities of music education talents. The vocational undergraduate music education
program, as an important platform for cultivating applied music education talents, needs to actively align with the development needs of the
Free Trade Port, and solve problems such as the single curriculum system, weak practical links, and imbalanced teacher structure in traditional
talent cultivation. This research is based on the perspective of teachers' teaching, and explores the specific paths for cultivating innovative and
entrepreneurial talents from four dimensions: curriculum system reconfiguration, practice platform construction, teacher ability improvement,
and characteristic project development. The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical ideas for the transformation and development of vocational undergraduate music education programs, and help cultivate comprehensive music education talents with professional
skills, educational abilities, and entrepreneurial qualities.
