Qiming Huang

Abstract

The importance and urgency on the constructions of Basic Education Community originate from the needs of the balanced developments of basic education, the realizations of the Educational Internationalization and the healthy promotions of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Social Interaction Theory, Educational Governance Theory and Educational Ecosystem Theory have played positive leading roles in the constructions of basic education communities. The governments, schools, families, communities, other educational actors and some organizations
or institutions in the society who are involved in the constructions of the basic education communities ought to be burdened with their own
