Research on Intercultural Communication Competence for Computer Aided Translation

Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to explore the application and effectiveness of Computer Aided Translation (CAT) in enhancing intercultural communication skills. With the acceleration of globalization, cross-cultural communication has become an indispensable part of social and business activities. As a technical support tool, Computer Aided Translation plays an important role in overcoming language barriers
and cultural differences. This paper analyses the functional characteristics of CAT tools and explores how they can help users understand and
adapt to the communication needs of different cultures in practical applications.
