Abstract
the salary structure, constructing a personalized career development plan, reinforcing the professional growth support system, enhancing the
teams cultural identity, and implementing diversified incentives. Practice has shown that these strategies have obvious effects in improving
teachers job satisfaction, promoting teamwork, and enhancing teaching quality. This paper not only provides private high schools with new
ideas to enhance the stability of the teaching force, but also contributes to the improvement of the overall quality of education.
