Chinese normal universities. Through a comprehensive analysis of training methodologies, psychological influences, and environmental
conditions, the study aims to identify the key elements that hinder progress at intermediate and advanced levels. By examining these factors,
the research provides insights into optimizing training programs and support systems to enhance the performance and growth of Latin dance
