Research on the Cultivation Mode of Talents Integrating Production and Education for Accounting Majors in Universities

Abstract


Based on the connotation of the production-education integration model and its important role in the training of accounting professionals, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the quality system of the training of accounting professionals in colleges and universities in the new era, and proposes five feasible strategies based on the existing problems. The aim is to provide useful reference for improving
the training quality of accounting professionals in colleges and universities, enhancing students practical ability and employment competitiveness, and promoting the coordinated development of education and industry.
