Xia Jiang, Ying Zeng

Abstract

This article employs literature analysis and questionnaire surveys to examine the current status of comprehensive educational ability
of public-funded normal students during their post internships from three dimensions: conducting class guidance, implementing curriculumbased education, and organizing activity-based education. According to the survey, the comprehensive educational ability of this specialty is
at a moderate level, with varying issues present. To address these issues and their causes, the article suggests approaches from the perspectives
of the normal students themselves and the training institutions to assist public-funded normal students in enhancing their comprehensive educational ability.
