Abstract


With our country entering the period of digital intelligence development, under the support of information technology innovation
and breakthrough development, the financial and accounting professional personnel training system causes impact. It is difficult for the traditional training mode of finance and accounting professionals to meet the needs of industry development in the new era. In this context, based
on the development trend of business networking, statistical data and intelligent decision-making, the talent training model continues to innovate. Based on the actual situation, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the traditional finance and accounting professional talent training mode, and puts forward improvement strategies from the perspective of optimization and innovation, aiming at providing support for the
finance and accounting industry to train more professional talents.
