Exploration and Practice of Vocational Undergraduate Talent Training Mode

Abstract


With the deepening of the national vocational education reform, vocational undergraduate education, as a bridge connecting education and industry, is playing a more and more important role in talent training. In the face of the demand for diversified and specialized technical skills talents in social and economic development, vocational undergraduate colleges actively explore the practical path of multi-type
talent training, aiming to improve the quality and effect of talent training in vocational undergraduate education. Based on the current situation
of multi-type talent training in vocational undergraduate colleges, this paper discusses the exploration and practice of vocational undergraduate talent training mode from the aspects of educational concept, teaching mode, evaluation system and teacher team construction, in order to
provide reference for the development of vocational undergraduate education.
