Research on the Transformation and Innovation of Education Management in the “Internet +” Era

Abstract

With the advent of the “Internet +” era, education management has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The combination of Internet technology and traditional education not only broadens the boundary of teaching mode, but also promotes the profound reform
of educational management concepts and methods. Through a detailed analysis of the far-reaching influence of “Internet +” technology on educational management, this paper discusses the transformation direction of educational management and its innovation strategies. The research shows
that the transformation of education management should focus on the core elements such as technology empowerment, data driven, resource
sharing and personalized service; at the same time, innovation should be developed from management concept, management mode and technical
means to promote the modernization of education management system, finally improve the quality of education and promote education equity.
