Research on the Optimization of High School Classroom Teaching Mode Based on the Cultivation of Cooperative Learning Ability

Yijuan Deng

Abstract

This study explores optimizing high school classroom teaching models by developing cooperative learning to enhance academic
performance and career development. Cooperative learning strategies were introduced to cultivate students teamwork, communication, and
problem-solving skills, laying a foundation for future careers. A comparison between cooperative and traditional teaching models showed that
cooperative learning significantly improved academic performance, subject competence, interest in learning, attitudes, and creativity. Additionally, students involved in cooperative learning had broader knowledge of career fields and greater confidence in independent learning and
teamwork, supporting more active participation in career planning.
