Problems and Thoughts in Physical Education Teaching in Middle Schools
Abstract
Young people are the future of the motherland, so the education department attaches great importance to the comprehensive and
healthy development of young people. However, judging from the teaching situation of physical education in middle schools in recent years,
there are still many problems. Therefore, the continuous improvement of physical education in middle schools is an urgent problem to be
solved. This paper briefly describes the problems existing in the current physical education teaching process in middle schools, and then puts
forward effective methods to improve the teaching efficiency of physical education courses in middle schools.
