Abstract


The study titled Research on the Balanced Allocation Strategy of Educational Resources in Rural Areas aims to explore the current state of rural educational resources and the root causes of their uneven distribution, and proposes effective allocation strategies accordingly. The research reveals the contradictions between supply and demand of rural educational resources, encompassing issues such as inadequate
teaching staff, outdated educational facilities, and insufficient educational investment. The research reveals the contradictions between supply
