Research on Training Paths of Management Accounting Teachers in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


With the rapid development of economy and the increasing importance of management accounting in enterprises, the demand for
management accounting teachers in colleges and universities continues to increase. However, from the actual situation of colleges and universities, most colleges and universities have shortcomings in the management accounting teachers. Based on this, this paper summarizes the
problems existing in teacher training, and puts forward four strategies for optimization, aiming to provide guarantee for the improvement of
the training quality of management accounting teachers in colleges and universities, and then train more high-quality management accounting
talents for the society.
