Abstract

This paper analyzes the present situation of physical education in colleges and universities, explains the goal of
physical education in colleges and universities, and puts forward that physical education in colleges and universities should be based on
the professional skills requirements of students, and be connected with the professional skills requirements of college students to achieve
the overall training goal.
