Abstract

With the continuous development of vocational education, the importance of archives management in vocational schools is becoming increasingly prominent. Taking Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the current
situation of archives management in vocational schools and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures. Through the discussion of archives management system, personnel training, information construction, cross-department cooperation and other aspects, it aims to
improve the efficiency and quality of archives management in vocational schools and provide strong support for the long-term development of
the school.
