Challenges and Pathways for Enhancing Digital Literacy of Teachers in the Context of Digital Transformation: A Case Study of Private Colleges in Inner Mongolia

Abstract


In the context of the rapid development of digital technology today, in China, it is particularly urgent for the non-governmental
higher education system to accelerate its digital transformation. Enhancing the digital literacy of college educators is crucial for promoting the
overall development of both faculty and students within the system. This study examines the current state and challenges of digital literacy
among educators in private colleges in Inner Mongolia, aims to explore pathways to improve it and seeks to enhance teaching quality in private colleges throughout the region.
