Role Identity Enhancement Strategies for International Cruise Ship Crew Management Students in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


Through the elaboration of the connotation of role identity and the analysis of the current situation of role identity of students in this
specialty, the article deeply analyzes the factors affecting the role identity of students, and analyzes them from the aspects of role cognition,
professional identity, self-assessment and self-expectation, social acceptance, and the dilemma of the industry development. Finally, combined
with the results of the above analysis, five effective suggestions are put forward in the hope that the research of this paper can further improve
the role identity of the students in this specialty and cultivate more high-quality talents for the industry.
