Study on the Construction of Actor Networks for Physical Education Governance for Persons with Disabilities-Based on Actor Network Theory
Abstract
methods and activities are not universally applicable. In other words, it is difficult for students with disabilities to receive teaching that
meets their physical and mental characteristics and actual needs, especially in the process of physical education teaching, which is restricted by the physical conditions of students with disabilities themselves and is prone to injuries and other situations. This article discusses in
depth the construction of an actor network for the governance of physical education with disabilities, drawing on the actor network theory.
The article highlights the diverse actors involved, their interactions and their collaborative mechanisms to improve the safety and effectiveness of physical education for students with disabilities. The paper explores the core elements of the network, including policy support,
pedagogy, curriculum design, and teaching and learning environments, while emphasizing the importance of shared goals, mutual benefit,
and collaborative action among actors. Through a comprehensive analysis, this paper proposes optimization pathways to facilitate the efficient operation of the actor network, with the ultimate goal of establishing a comprehensive, inclusive and sustainable physical education
system for students with disabilities.
