Abstract


With the continuous development of information technology and educational reform, the flipped classroom model has gradually become an important trend in university teaching. This paper explores the application and practice of the flipped classroom model in university
physical education, analyzes its specific implementation steps, effects, and existing challenges, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
The flipped classroom model empowers students, enhances their learning autonomy, and promotes the comprehensive development of students physical skills and theoretical knowledge.
