Exploration of Teaching Reform for Enterprise Digital Management Majors in Vocational Undergraduate Schools

Abstract


In order to improve the teaching quality of enterprise digital management majors in vocational undergraduate schools and meet the
industrys demand for professional talents, this article deeply analyzes various aspects of current teaching, such as curriculum system, teaching methods, industry-university-research cooperation, and teaching resources construction. It has been found that problems such as outdated
curriculum content, single teaching methods, insufficient school-enterprise cooperation, and weak teaching resources. Based on this, a series
of reform measures have been proposed, including optimizing curriculum design and training objectives, innovating teaching methods and
means, strengthening industry-university-research cooperation and practical teaching, and enhancing the construction of teaching staff, aiming
to cultivate high-quality practical personnel that meet the needs of enterprise digitization transformation.
