Abstract
As a major strategy to promote the high-quality development of the national economy, building a new development pattern is the
deepening of the supply-side reform in the new era, and the only way to improve the socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics. By building a new development pattern with the domestic great cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double
cycles mutually reinforcing, it can effectively promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the circulation of production factors in Hainan
Province. So as to realize the economic circulation and industry connection smooth. The sports industry has the characteristics of high integration, strong correlation and large growth space, and promoting its high-quality development is an important measure for Hainan Province to
promote development and stabilize employment in the new era. Based on the new development pattern of the double cycle, this paper combs
the connotation of the double cycle development, and combines the development situation of the sports industry in Hainan Province to clarify
the development potential of the sports industry. To promote the sports industry to achieve high-quality development under the new development pattern, it is necessary to focus on information technology, adhere to innovation-driven, improve the industrial chain, and upgrade the
